The name Night Atlas belongs to Partridge Enterprises LLC.

Pictures, catalogs, and fonts inside the app that come from other people keep the credits on the credits page. Those credits do not give anyone the right to copy the rest of the app.

Night Atlas is built with the Godot Engine. Godot is available under the MIT license. That license covers the engine, not Night Atlas. The MIT notice travels with the app.

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Partridge Enterprises LLC is not liable for any claim or damages arising from the use of the app.
